Mayor Peepser is under a lot of pressure from lobbyist groups to turn a large piece of land south of the city into an recreation park. Scholars want an educational park, Adults want a relaxing park and the teenagers want to be scared to death !!!

Mayor Peepser, being in an election year, decided to give every group of lobbyist what they want. Being an history buff, Mayor Peepser decided to first open a Zoo in a prehistoric setting to please the educational lobbyist. Once the Zoo is established, Mayor Peepser want to build an Aquapark in a adventure setting, using old Fort Peeps as a background so the adults could have a relaxing recreational place to visit. At last, Mayor Peepser want the teenagers to have their share of the pie by opening an amusement park in an amazing reproduction of Atlantis.

Mayor Peepser and the town council agreed to pay for the construction of all the infrastructures required to start the park and then they hired you to lead the project to completion.

Can you take on this challenge ? Mayor Peepser and the city council are counting on you to create the most amazing amusement park possible. Just so they could gloat at their next meeting with the Mayor of their twin city PeepsTown across the river...
